Georgia Personal Income Tax

Georgia has a flat individual income tax rate set at 5.39% for 2024, down from the previously tiered system. The rate is planned to gradually decrease to 4.99% by 2029, provided certain economic targets are met. All individual tax filers pay the same rate, regardless of income or filing status.
